How to Apply

1. Click the 'Submit Application’ or ‘Book a Viewing’ button on the property listing.

2. This will open our Google Application Form in your web browser.

3. Complete all sections of the form as accurately and honestly as possible.

4. Once you've finished, click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form.

5. You will receive an acknowledgement email once you have submitted the form.

6. We'll review your application and, if the property is a suitable match and you meet our application criteria, we'll contact you to arrange a viewing.

Please note that we receive a high number of applications for every property, so we're unable to invite everyone to a viewing. Shortlisting applicants helps us ensure the property is the right fit for both you and the landlord before arranging appointments.

Whilst we appreciate not everyone wants to disclose their information before meeting with us, we ask that you complete the form in as much detail as possible to further aid us in processing your application. Missing information may undermine the strength of your application.

Our Process

1. Find a Property
Browse our available properties and choose the home you'd like to view.

2. Complete the Booking Form
Click the ‘Book a Viewing' button on the property listing and complete our online form. Please answer all questions as accurately and honestly as possible.

3. Application Review
We carefully review every application to ensure the property is a good fit for your needs and that you meet our tenancy criteria. As we receive a high number of applications for each property, we're unable to offer viewings to everyone.

4. Property Viewing
If your application is shortlisted, we'll contact you to arrange a viewing at a convenient time. This gives you the opportunity to see the property and ask any questions before deciding whether you'd like to proceed. Please arrive on time as viewings are scheduled in blocks, giving each applicant a 30 minute slot. If you are running late, or cannot make your allocated time slot, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

5. Referencing & Right to Rent Checks
If you'd like to move forward after the viewing, we'll carry out the necessary referencing and Right to Rent checks. This may include employment and affordability checks, previous landlord references (where applicable) and identity verification.

6. Tenancy Agreement
Once your references have been successfully completed, we'll prepare your tenancy agreement and confirm your move-in date. We'll also explain the deposit, first month's rent and any remaining paperwork.

7. Move In
On the day you collect your keys, we'll provide you with the inventory, safety certificates and all the information you need to settle into your new home. From then on, you'll deal directly with us—there are no estate agents or management companies involved, so you'll always have a straightforward and personal point of contact throughout your tenancy.

Whilst we do our best to be as accommodating as possible, we ask that you please arrive on time as viewings are scheduled in blocks, giving each applicant a 30 minute slot.

If you are running late, or cannot make your allocated time slot, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

Applicants who do not attend their allocated viewing appointment and do not contact us beforehand will, unfortunately, be unable to re-book their viewing for the property.

We welcome applications from a wide range of prospective tenants. As part of our application process, we'll consider each application on its own merits.

• ✔ Pets will considered, we will discuss in further detail at the viewing. Please ensure pets are added to the application form.

• ✔ Applicants with poor or adverse credit are welcome to apply and will be considered on an individual basis.

• ✔ In some circumstances, we may ask for a suitable guarantor to support an application.

• ✔ All of our properties are offered as long-term lets.

• ✔ We'll carry out referencing and Right to Rent checks before a tenancy can be offered.
